Sudden show date

Tom Graver, producer of GI Radio, tweeted me today (his twitter profile can be found at @militarytalk).

“Give me a call,” he wrote. His phone number followed.

I called him today, left a message, he called back ten minutes later, and – well – it seems I’ll be talking with him tomorrow morning (early) on the air.

I don’t think anything has ever happened that fast. I’m excited. He described his show as one with a bunch of fun guys. Who doesn’t love fun guys?

This is on the “Announcements” page, but I’ll put it here, too.

8:10AM (EST) Military Radio (www.giradio.us) with host Tom Graver. From the website (I’m only recently hearing about this station, so in case it’s new to you, too…):

GI Radio Network Corporation has gone from a single, two-hour radio show every Saturday night to two hours of drive time programming Monday through Friday at 7am – 9am on WPBR 1340 AM in the Palm Beaches, FL. It is simulcast around the world in audio and visual format via this website. Now broadcasting to the Pentagon, NATO, Nimitz class aircraft carriers and military installations around the world.

(Must remember his 8:10am is my 7:10am…MUST remember his 8:10am is my 7:10am…)
